Our current approach to life centered around work isn’t sustainable or smart. You know there has to be a better way. At Harmonia™, we reject the myth that success requires sacrifice. Life comes first—work fits into it, not the other way around. It’s the Human Way Forward. 

Who Teaches Harmonia?

I'm not a self-help guru who's never worked a real job. I'm a first-generation immigrant who came to the U.S. with $11,431 and a dream to live a good life. 

I built an award-winning marketing agency working with clients like Madonna—and nearly died in the process thanks to the myths of Hustle Culture. I know what it's like to feel trapped by success you worked so hard to achieve.

At 36,000 feet, flying home from a client event, I pulled out a cocktail napkin and wrote: Work | Money | Love | Health | Play
Work: 100%, Money: 50%, Love: 25%, Health: 25%, Play: 0%

That napkin saved my life. Over the next decade, I:
  • Pivoted my career
  • Built a life I actually wanted to live
  • Created the Unhustle Method (backed by neuroscience + ancient wisdom + positive psychology + 300 interviews with high performers from all walks of life)
