This workshop is built around the Wim Hof Method with movement, deep breathing, mindset, cold therapy and meditation. Optional paddleboard rental from Waterman Landing. We’ll discuss why breathing and exposure to cold is good for your mind, body and soul, how you can start practicing it without taking any more extra time in your day and we’ll finish off with a cool dip in Lake Tahoe, a paddle and a guided meditation. Are you tired of spending hours in the gym and not getting the results you want. Have you hit a plateau in your workouts? Or maybe you are still looking for the motivation to sign up for that cycle class? Come prepared to learn how to get the most benefit from movement in the most reasonable amount of time. You will be surprised how easy this is. Sometimes a 7 minute workout is all you need.
Stress reduction and stress management techniques.
If stress and anxiety are ruling your life, this workshop is for you. Explore easy techniques to minimize stress on a daily basis. We’ll practice mindful movement, mindful living, meditation, breathing, we’ll talk about simplifying, digital wellbeing, cold therapy and even diet. You will leave refreshed and with the right amount of tools to bring home with you and start minimizing the stress in your life.
No time to sit crossed legged for hours each day? Explore mindful techniques, practice mindfulness and meditation, mindful listening, mindful eating and how you can bring mindfulness to your day without necessarily spending extra hours cross legged on a cushion.
These workshops are limited to 10 people. We’ll explore secret local Tahoe areas, away from the crowds. Each series takes 3 – 4 hours. Bring your own snacks, water and lunch. Location, meeting time and additional details will be sent out upon registration.
