Return to a New Normal or a New Way of Living?

It's time to shift our perspective

There was little Normal in our life before the quarantine. 

We were too busy with work, too tired, too lonely, too stressed out, too self-consumed, too addicted, and too unhealthy. The pursuit of achieving and doing overshadowed everything else. Our work was our identity. We were numb. Living on autopilot. On a hamster wheel going nowhere. Stuck in a rut. There was no time for Relationships. Health. Art. Experiences. Purpose. 

Is this the New Normal we crave right now? 

Now is the time to take a pause and rethink our possibilities. Now is the time to reset and realign. Now is the time to awaken to the art of living. To create a New Way of Living. 

To make time for what matters. To take a breath when you need it. To slow down. To take time to exercise. To invest in relationships. To find human connection. To find balance between doing and being. To play. To make healthy dinners. To explore and stay curious. To create rich experiences. To read, and meditate, and reflect. To work with intention. To find time to rest and heal. To help the ones in need. To create. To feel. To make time for you. To live your full human potential.

Now is the time for a new way of living.
